Every Sprinx mix is handmade in small batches in Maryland by a cottage food bakery. Real pistachios, sweet cream buttermilk, organic coconut milk, and vanilla bean powder go into the canisters, so the cake that comes out of your oven tastes like you made it from scratch.

Three cake mixes, each $14. Every canister bakes a layer cake, a 9x13, a bundt, or a batch of cupcakes with a few staples from your kitchen.
Pistachio Spice Cake

Three buttercream mixes, each $6. Stir in butter and a splash of milk, beat until fluffy, and frost.

How do I order Sprinx mixes?

What flavors do you make?
Three cake mixes: Pistachio Spice, Chocolate Buttermilk, Coconut Cardamom. Three buttercream mixes: Espresso Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream, Vanilla Orange Buttercream. A Duo pairs one cake with one buttercream, and you can swap either one right on the card.
What do I add at home?
Each 19 oz cake canister needs eggs, oil, and milk or hot water, depending on the flavor. Each 16 oz buttercream bag needs softened butter and a splash of milk. The approved ingredient list and numbered directions are in the Baking Notes & Ingredients sheet on every product card.
