Meet the baker

Baking is supposed to be fun (and a little messy).

Sprinx was born from a love of making things, carving out some quiet kitchen time, and realizing how much I wanted to share the kind of baking I do at home, cakes with thoughtful flavors, real ingredients, and plenty of sprinkles.

If you don’t have time to grind your own pistachios or keep a pantry full of every spice, you should still get to pull something breathtaking out of your own oven.
